1. Fan Project Disclaimer

PoGO Trainer Hub is an unofficial, fan-created platform. We are NOT affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Niantic, Inc., Nintendo, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, Scopely, or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates. All Pokémon names, images, logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for informational and community purposes only.

We adhere to the Niantic Player Guidelines and Fan Content Policy. No copyright infringement is intended.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you may not use this Service.

3. User Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and remove any content at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

4. Content & Bio Moderation

User‑submitted bios are subject to admin approval before being publicly displayed. We reserve the right to reject or remove any bio that violates these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to display and distribute it on the Service.

5. Third‑Party Links & Advertisements

The Service may contain links to third‑party websites or display advertisements served by third‑party networks. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third‑party sites or services. Any dealings you have with advertisers found on the Service are between you and the advertiser.
